One of the foundations of Earth Rangers Clubs is the importance of children-led eco-action. The program has been designed with this in mind. The role of the leader is not to tell the club what to do and how to do it, but rather to support, guide, and encourage the club members along the way. (And we are here to help support and guide YOU!)

Our materials provide resources and ideas to help you lead your club – including informational resources, organization charts, and suggestions on how to organize meetings. We recognize that each club is unique, and materials might need to be adapted or adjusted to suit your circumstances. There is no right or wrong way to use the materials.
